I would go even beyond that and say that I feel like they have my back. Carolina Yong is really an exceptional employee, she looked at our account, told us that our rate for our HELOC was too high, convinced us to switch and thanks to her that we are saving almost 250$ a month. And whenever there is an offer that she thinks we will benefit, she always send an e-mail.
