We initially dealt with another company that required a deposit, which we were okay with. But then, few days later, we were asked to pay the full amount before they would even schedule the transport. That made us uncomfortable, so we canceled the transaction. Thankfully, we did, as we later discovered that the company had a lot of complaints with the BBB.
