Booked a load, provided updates, picked up on time, delivered on time and they wrote me a freight guard for not replying to their email...just wow. STAY AWAY!!!

I had a truck break down and had to cancel a load. The broker lied and put a bad review on 411. I had to call a manger to get it removed. He was very helpful at least

Typical freight Brokers , you move the loads then fight for your money. STAY AWAY from these types of organizations . Good luck getting paid, phone will always ring as a busy single and email addresses are never working.
