“I had a nail in my tire and came into the Saugus, MA location today without an appointment. The gentleman that helped me, Manny, was very friendly and helpful. He informed me the tire couldn’t be repaired due to location of the nail so I needed a replacement. Thank goodness for the road hazard warranty, which I didn’t realize I had. Anyhow, because I didn’t have an appointment, Manny offered to put on the spare for now until they can get me in. A few minutes later, Manny came back and told me they’ll go ahead and just put on the new tire!! Dealing with unexpected tire issues is stressful enough, but Manny and the team helped relieve that stress. Thank you for the best customer service and quick turn around time; overall the smoothest walk-in service I’ve had!”

“I came to Dudley Automotive Services after hearing good reviews from a friend and posts online. I went in and spoke with Ed. He listened to the concerns I had with my car (brakes were making a "nails on the chalkboard" sound) and was able to put an appointment in within the week. He was able to diagnose the problem and honestly provide a detailed explanation of the necessary fixes needed. He quoted me one price, did all of the repairs within a day (as mentioned), and I ended up paying a little less than expected in the end. Ed was very helpful, kind, and thorough. I will be returning if my car needs other repairs in the future as I know my car was in great hands!”

I have had it 4months now and put 5k miles on it with no issues except for a light bulb going out but that's usual wear. Pierre, the salesman was very nice and easy going. Their service was fast and communication was good.This is not a place where you are pressured to buy. They have a great selection. The prices are below what other dealers charge. All cars on the lot are open for you to go in and look inside. Do not expect a salesman walking you through the lot and showing you and trying to sell you on cars. You look for yourself then go to the salesman.10/10 experience. Would recommend coming here.”
