They answered my (many!) questions patiently and offered relevant additional info. Though I had to hold off buying a phone, they remained engaged and kind. Very positive experience.”

“Been to this location a couple times. What I love here is the selection of devices compared to some other Tmobiles. Also they are knowledgeable and super helpful. The manager is very good at checking in to ensure everyone is being helped and updating people about wait time.I would recommend the Dedham location to my friends and family. A+ experience”

I needed to port my number from AT&T to T-Mobile, and Ledi very patiently helped me navigate the unfriendly AT&T system to get the necessary details. His knowledge of the services and devices is incredible. He spent almost 4 hours assisting us with the porting process, setting up new devices, and transferring data from the old phone to the new device. What would have been a very tiring experience was made pleasant thanks to Ledi's expertise and skill.”
“The manager Steven and his co-worker Junaid went above and beyond to solve the problems I was having with AT&T. I am 67 years and do not like change, especially at my age. “We have been with Breezeline (MetroCast previously) for many years. We utilize the service for our expanded cable TV and our internet service. We are very pleased with the service provision overall in regards to reliability, customer service/support and functionality. A five star rating is withheld because of a very few interruptions and the lack of seeking customer input with periodic surveys regarding programming and internet services.”

“I was there 2 Sundays ago and I met Carmen. She is amazing and make us feel home she did go above and beyond to suggest me what phone should I get. She was well educated about the phone & she was very patient with me every knowledgeable about her job and her customers service. Unlikely other T-MOBILE locations. Also Wallie I think his name I might mistype. He is also wonderful. You should recognize both employees. They are the faces of your company & without both employees your company will not be successful. They both amazing knowledgeable smart sophisticated human beings. I will always come to this locations cause of them. I have been with T-MOBILE 20+ years. You should hire people like wallie and Carmen. Very caring about thier job and customers too. “Signed up with T Mobile yesterday and was helped by Alexis. He was very helpful and patient with me as I spent over an hour (and 4 agents ) trying to get AT & T to provide a transfer pin #.As soon as I stepped out of the store I got a call from T Mobile transfer team asking for the transfer pin so I almost lost my mind as I had to spend another hour and 3 more ATT agents on the phone after already doing it.The process was brutal but no fault of T Mobile- def will be back to this location.”

“I was looking for a phone charger and I happen to stop into the Verizon. I was reluctant because I feel like a lot of salesman try to off charge me or convince me to buy things I don't want. So I usually be a really upfront and just say I want what I want. My salesman today was Martel. I asked him for a charger wire in a block. Instead of trying to charge me for the most expensive item showed me the item I was looking for I was completely honest with me. It was the first time I had a good experience at Verizon. I would recommend coming to this Verizon location and if you're not happy with your salesman ask for Martel he will treat you right.”

“I have to give this store five Stars. I received incredible service from Miciah who was able to efficiently serve two customers at a time. T-mobile is very fortunate to have a Technician of this caliber. He was courteous and friendly to everyone who walked in the door. One issue I did notice that those who were told 1 or 2 were ahead of them, left the store and came back only to find 1 or 2 still ahead. Best waiting your turn. The Techs are very good and efficient.”
“Marco, a manager went above and beyond to fix a billing issue that had been going on for over a month. Talking to reps by phone sent me down many time consuming tear inducing wild goose chases. I learned from this experience, always go in store! The store reps like Marco are excellent! Very professional. Patiently talked to the billing department for 30 minutes to explain what the issue was. The in store experience even interacting with other associates is far superior to Verizon. Many thanks to Marco, the MVP who finally got my issue fixed once and for all so thay I finally have closure. I trust the in store reps but I cannot say the same regarding the phone reps.”
