“My son planned a day to Six Flags. Once parked, his passenger window wouldn't go up. The staff at Ace Auto drive him back to the park, and picked him up at the end of the day. They could have charged him for a part he ended up not needing, but instead was able to clean and fix the part. They went above and beyond! Honest, professional, and knowledgeable. If you live in the area, this is the place to go!!”

“Excellent work went in with what I thought to be a minor issue and he inspected my whole truck and let me know of work that that was urgent...things that could be put off a little longer...and stuff that may come up in the future...called before he ordered any parts and started any work to let me know the status and get permission to perform the work (unlike most shops that just do the work and leave you with a big bill when you go to pick it up). Matts a great mechanic and finished the work in a very timely manner actually surprised me with how fast and we'll he fixed my truck. I recommend him for anything anyone could need done to there car.”
“Picked up my 2022 Nissan Pathfinder today and it looked like a brand new car. This was an insurance claim and they made the entire process so easy. My rental was there when I arrived and I was not even charged the full deductible.
Everyone at the shop was helpful and extremely nice but the most important part is that my car was done when they said it would be and they let me know what was going on throughout the process. Cannot say enough of how happy I am with how everything turned out. Would recommend to anyone that needs body work on their car. “Tesla Repair: My wife owns a 7 year old Tesla Model S which had begun to have increasing noises from the right front suspension. Closest Tesla repair shops are about 2 hours away in any direction. We looked online and found Parrotta's Auto Repair in Agawam advertising Tesla repairs. We spoke with a friend who had used this shop before and gave glowing reviews of the owner, Bruno, and his staff. We took a chance and had Bruno take a look. Within a day he had diagnosed the problem (lower control arms) and within 3 days he had parts in hand and soon after installed. The noise is now gone and my wife says the car now rides better than before the repair. Very happy with Parrotta's given the close proximity to home, rapid turnaround time, quality of service and great communication. Many thanks Bruno!”
