“Parking can be a pain if you try to get there on a Saturday, but the staff is always nice and there's usually more than one clerk which makes a HUGE difference when they are busy. If you collect stamps, they usually have a good selection in stock. Take a look at the 1941 "WPA" mural, vintage PO boxes, etc.”

“I've had a PO Box at this locations for years. Only recently w my long hours at work have I had a hard time picking up my packages. But every time I go there someone is willing to help me out. I've dealt with two different gentlemen, one of them I met today, his name is Gerry. He's the postmaster along with doing other roles at the same time. He went above and beyond to help me out. Was extremely friendly and even took the time to have a conversation with me. He is a true professional in customer service. His kindness and politeness put my faith back in the working world. “Have had a PÓ box at the Main Post Office for years. In all the years going there I have found the service to be great and the staff to be friendly, accommodating and helpful. It is a very busy PÓ and especially when a family comes in for passports and ties up one of the staff. It can be trying, however, the staff always professional and do their utmost best to be accommodating.”
“Please talk to your staff about professionalism with clientele who may have disabilities that aren't noticeable. ADA discrimination policies should be addressed, and if someone says they can not read a document, it is extremely rude to reply to that person who is legally blind "Oh you REALLY can't see." “I recently had a package that was sent to me get inadvertently misdelivered to the wrong address. I called the local office in Groton and spoke with one of the team members there who was very helpful, offering to check the details on where the package was dropped and call me back. I got a call back a couple hours later and they had found where it got dropped off - the package was at my house another hour later. Great service!”

“We had a Sat 930 appointment for a new passport application. Upon arriving around 9:15 the previous party was just about done and the lady at the passport station started with us maybe 10 min before the appointment time.The whole process was very quick as we had prepared everything up ahead but I’m very satisfied on how efficient and courteous she was definitely not the typical aloof attitude I’ve experienced with USPS. She ended up helping me with my renewal application too and we got both done maybe under 20 min.If all my appointments could be like this I would definitely be a much happier person lol. Highly recommended here for your passport needs.”
