“Omg I LOOOOOOOOOVE this place! Love what they have to offer, and even more- love each and every employee who works there. My baby boy recently injured his front left leg. I have been instructed to keep him inactive for the past MONTH (!!!?!? So hard as any dog owner can testify, especially parents of Bully breeds…) If it were not for Pet Depot’s amazing hydrotherapy pool, my pup would not be healing at the rate he is, and most likely would injure himself further by not having an outlet for his energy. He absolutely ADORES swimming- it is the highlight of his day, and therefore mine. He is exhausted and happy afterwards- exactly how dogs should be .I am also extremely impressed by all of the employees who work at Pet Depot- Al, Jack, Andrew, Ray, Liam, Colin, Ciro, Finn & Matthew. Each of these individuals knows my baby boy by name (Jefe), gives him love and attention when we walk through the door, and even remembers to ask how his various vet appointments went. This is remarkable considering the volume of clients they see on a daily basis. This is also exactly why we continue to support this place- a business where each and every employee actually cares. This is how all businesses should run- especially those that cater to us pet parents. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! We will always continue to come back!”
“Super professional, super patient, super helpful. My mom's cat had signs of a worm, so I picked her and her cat up and took her here. The cat was stressed in her carrier and had an accident... was bad, and I felt embarrassed. But the team made me feel so much better. Mom's cat got cleaned up, she got treated, and the cost was more than reasonable. Highly recommended”

We’ve been taking both our dogs ( ages 14 &13) here for almost a decade. Groomer Caroline does an AWESOME job ( few groomers know how to work with aging pets and she does!).
We find all staff ( grooming and the main store) to be knowledgeable and very polite. Easy parking. Win-win!”
“I ordered hay for a rabbit online. They gave me a bag that was damaged ( I took it because I thought it snagged it on the cart or something on the way to the car) and my rabbit refused to eat it. The hay was 25.00, and I was annoyed. I was unaware of the return policy so I was just not going to worry about it. I went to purchase a new bag and the associate informed me that even tho the time had passed she would honor my exchange. I’m very satisfied! Update on the bunny he is eating the new bag so my only suggestion is not selling customers damaged merchandise just because they ordered online for pick up. If a bag of food has an hole in it throw it away. Not give it to the customer who isn’t choosing for themselves. Why care more about a multimillion dollar company losing a bag of hay than the customers and the lives of their pets!”
“I've been to this Petco location on several occasions to set up fish tanks for my hobby. Dillon is an associate there that is so uplifting, friendly and knowledgeable that I always hope he's there when I'm ready for new fish. He helps me stay enthusiastic about my fish keeping journey into more advanced tanks and fish. Ask for him by name, I recommend.”
“I just stopped in and purchased a replacement lawnmower that I saw online. An available, and helpful teamember pointed me to the lawnmower section where a new one sat in a box on a shelf. I grabbed a cart, paid the cashier, and was on my way. It was as simple as that and I'll be sure to consider Tractor Supply Co. next time I need home improvement stuff.”

“They also have a location in Mt. Washington where you will meet the most knowledgeable, helpful staff. I was in there today talking about my pup who had jaw surgery and is now an incredibly sloppy eater. They had so many great suggestions on how I could best make her meatballs (lol) and, more importantly, were so compassionate about our "new normal," sharing their stories about their own dogs trials and tribulations. I am a lifelong fan and patron now and highly recommend Howl. This is what small business is all about.”

“I went to Petco with the intention of looking at the Glofish. When we arrived we were greeted by “ Jess.” She took the time to go over the different aquariums, and how much each one retailed, which were on sale, ect.
She showed us where the Glofish tank was and told us to call her for any questions. Well, we ( myself & husband) were in love with the tetras and wanted to take them home! Jess was close by. She stopped what she was doing immediately and came to help! She explained which Tetras would live together peacefully and which would be aggressive to the others! We explained which tank we were going to purchase based on her description, and she explained how many fish would be recommended. We pointed out which fish we wanted, and she collected all 5! She explained which food would be best, the approved the decorations we chose, and a few other tank water care items! We felt like we were well educated and ready to become Tetra parents! We can’t thank Jess enough! We could really tell this was not just a job for her.. she really cared about our success and the well being of the fish!! We will make sure to come back to Petco for all our needs, and recommend to others, as well!! I would just like to add that everyone in the Owings Mill store was friendly and approachable! What a pleasant experience!!”

“I love the Lidl in Timonium because of their wide selection of quality food and great prices. I used to shop at Aldi. But this Lidl is so much nicer and cleaner too. They have more fresh produce, a better selection of quality fish and meat, and just a broader selection of goods overall. One thing you'll want to watch is the pull dates on the meat. I typically shop on Wednesday and often will purchase salmon that has a pull date that's 10 days out (which is as fresh as you can get). I recommend you get their mobile app and scan it at checkout to benefit from the sale prices. I can't imagine why anyone would shop at Wegmans or Giant, when you have this significantly lower cost option with similar high-quality products in such close proximity. Give it a try. I'd be surprised if you don't make the switch.”
“I like today’s Pat. They’re one of the only places in the area where you can get live feeder rats and as far as I can tell, they have more separate size categories than everyone else.”

“I took my four month old Bernedoodle to get her shots today. I was a scared mother and she was a nervous puppy! Dr. Gina and her wonderful assistant (whose name I unfortunately didn’t get) were the KINDEST and most considerate. They took such great care of her while giving her shots. Not to mention when I went to check out, the employees were so sweet. Trying to feed her doggie cookies and say hello to make her feel a little safer. They also found it funny how I had to drag her everywhere since she was too scared to walk haha.
Thanks so much for a memorable experience here, it really, truly means the world to know that my pup is in good hands.”

“I needed my cats nails cut asap. Catonsville location allowed me to come in the same day. When i called Owings mills location, no one from grooming ever answered the phone. When someone else answered from another dept, i was told to put my name on a list and Miles would call me back. I've put my name on the list before and no one called me back. I've gone to Owings mills location several times asking about getting my cats nails cut and no one is ever available. Catonsville location was very friendly and made time to fit me in for something that would only take 5 minutes.”

“I've had nothing but a solid experience from this guy every time I walk in!Frequent buyer of LIVE feeder fish, a lot of times big name per stores or someone not as professional will sell weak or diseased feeders that absolutely get quality pets sick. Not only are these feeders lively,(which gets my pets excited to eat), the owner frequently gives way more than what is necessary for what I spent.Likewise, this is one of the few places I can get HEALTHY LIVE mice for a ridiculous bargain. My reptiles love it.Well placed location off Windsor and super easy to get to. Easy payments through cash app and never have any issues with his stock causing any health issues with my animals.He also has Koi for sale and I'm excited to give those a buy.10/10 probably would be the only location I shop at if his selection was a bit larger as far as arachnids and reptiles, because I know they'd be well taken care of.Thank you!”
