My original review was 1 stars because the person I originally worked with in the store was incompetent. But since then I had the pleasure of working with the store manager who did everything in her power to make things right. She was polite, knowledgeable, and fast! (I can not stress enough how her rapidity made all the difference after spending over 6hr via messages with Verizon central customer service.)
I know retail work is hard, and training may not be the best, but I do wish everyone was as good at their job as she was! To her I give 5 stars.
I really suggest not bothering with the central customer service, they're slower than sloths and can't get anything approved, bite the bullet and go into store to get things fixed ...”

“Update Today May 13th another great encounter at the Pikesville location with Schneider very kind and helpful. Great demeaner........ I purchased a new phone as November/December 2024 as a result of what seemed to be corruption of my then existing phone. I have been a faithful customer for over 40 years. I had the pleasure of receiving service from Usman. He is knowledgeable polite patient thorough and professional. Usman took the time to make sure all of my data was transferred and even assisted with me getting the new phone connected to my car. After approximately 2 weeks the phone started getting extremely hot. I went to the store and unfortunately Usman was not there the two ladies were useless had no idea of what was going on and told me I could call Google. I take many photos and do lots of editing I'm a content creator as well as play games so I thought perhaps it was my usage. 2 to 3 weeks went by I go to the store again 2 more times same problem phone getting hot both times useless 3rd time guy looked at the phone and said it was my usage (same usage as on my previous phone that NEVER got hot) . I told him to note my account that again I came in and left the store. Same situation and phone really whacked out last night March 3 2025. I went to the store this morning and USMAN WAS THERE!!!! He ran diagnostics advised me of something I turned on that should be off gave some information about changes and he ran all my updates. As usual he is pleasant helpful knowledgeable patient and professional. If there is any recognition in place he deserves it. I will now only go in if he is there other than that I will go straight to headquarters I'm that kind of customer. I am sending an email to Verizon Headquarters as well to recognize and compliment Usman on his outstanding service. The only reason not 5 stars is because this is for the store”
“It’s crazy because with some of these Cellphone Mobile outlet stores. They want to sell you their product, but they’re not professional about doing so. 2 1/2 years ago because of the lack of professionalism at the Metro PCS Security Square, Mall store. I left Metro PCS and went back to Boost Mobile.Recently my son needed a iPhone upgrade. So I chose to upgrade my iPhone as well. I called the Security Square, Mall Boost Mobile stand near the food court. And the young lady that answered the phone ???? was rude when I inquired about the iPhone 12 upgraded. I overlooked that and still went out to check out the iPhone 12 she had for sale. Once I got there the rudeness never changed and she tried selling me a phone that was more than the one I asked for… I walked out of that establishment and went to several others that didn’t have the iPhone 12. So I chose to make several phone calls. Eventually, I was connected to the Edmondson Village Boost Mobile store and spoke with Umer from Kuwait. I got in touch with him Sunday just before they closed. He check to see if the phone that I wanted was available and set up a appointment for me first thing in the morning.When I got there early the next morning. Umer knew exactly who I was before I even introduced myself. The brother was so informative with the purchasing of my new iphone. ???? He even did a update and upgrading to the iphone as well as giving me step-by-step information on everything he was doing and why he was doing it. I felt like I was able to get behind the counter and work right along side with him. The brother was professional and very informative. If I had stayed any long, because of his professionalism, I probably would’ve brought the store. All jokes to the side. I’ll be back to buy the second iphone soon for my younger son. ????????Umer sold me with his honesty, seniority and professionalism. We need more sales reps ???????? ???????????? ???????? with this kind of attitude and mind frame. If you’re trying to get my money. You gotta have some kind of respect. I probably would’ve brought the iphone yesterday from the Young Lady at the Boost Mobile stand in Security Square, Mall. Her bad attitude killed it for me. You can’t talk to me any kind of way and expect for me to just give you my money. ????????♂️???? ???? It doesn’t work that way. Honesty and professionalism rules all of the time. Because of a incident that happened at the store. ???? Umer, like so many people in Maryland, will be leaving the state soon. “Elijah is a great addition to the AT&T team. We had an issue after coming over to AT&T from Verizon that was more technical in nature. Unfortunately, AT&T has a policy where there were no authorized users can be added for a full month. That meant we were just supposed to Have an unresolved issue for that period of time unless the account holder became available. Elijah was gracious enough to handle the issue for us, give us feedback and insight on what the issue may be, and take time out of dealing with customers in the store. He was patient, knowledgeable, nice, and the store environment was clean, calm, welcoming.”
