“The VDB store in Gambrills has the best and most helpful staff. I have BAD feet…it’s very frustrating to try to find shoes that I can comfortably wear. I tried 4 pairs of walking/running shoes before I found shoes that worked. I had to return 3 pairs of shoes. They transferred 2 different pairs from other stores. Each time they were so kind and understanding. I can’t say enough good things about this store and staff. They worked with me each time I came back assisting in finding me another shoe. This is customer service at its best. Thank you! This store will be a go-to store when looking for shoes. Online shopping is great, but sometimes you need brick and mortar stores!!”

This store has charging stations for phones with multiple different chargers and updated dressing rooms if you are interested in trying on clothing. Super neat and cool store!”

“DXL should not be a secret. This comfortable and welcoming store offers one of the greatest selections of quality clothing for big and tall men that I have ever seen. They sell shoes, too, as well as accessories (ties, belts, socks, sunglasses ) galore and brand name suits. The Glen Burnie store is in an easily accessible shopping center minutes from the highway along a major shopping corridor. Customer service reps are very hospitable as well as helpful and knowledgeable about products They also provide simple tips about fittings. I love this store.”

“I went to this store because they had the size shoe I wanted on CHRISTMAS EVE!! I made my purchase in a different store with very pleasant staff; however, the store was crowded and cramped. Also, they didn't have the size I needed ??. I drove several miles to the Mondawmin location and was shocked and amazed??. The greeter at the door and how she could help me and immediately called for my order. I was still in shopping mode, so I asked for another associate to look for several other pairs of shoes. While waiting an associate brought my purchase to me.Long story short, because there were several other AMAZING examples of phenomenal customer service, THIS LOCATION IS PHENOMENAL. “The store here was awesome, The guy that helped us was very nice and helped us very helpfully in ways I couldn’t myself if I worked there, and at the end he gave us a discount for us being nice!, I’ve been skating the shoes i bought form the store and i feel already like I am such a better skater! I got the Vans half cabs witch I’ve heard very good things about the shoes. The shoes are designed perfectly for skateboarding, they have a thick insole, good material, etc and it looks very clean/nice, I’ve been using them for a week now and they still look the same exact way they did when I bought them.”
“The people that work here are what would make me want to shop back here not necessarily the store prices. The customer representatives are very helpful even when they appear over worked. There must be also a thief issue here because for some shoes only 1 is available and you have to request for the second pair. Finally the shoes appear higher in price but they could just be me. I may come back again to shop”
