“A huge THANK YOU to Tyzaya for the FABULOUS service today. Truly! After spending an eternity on the phone with 611 customer service, I was instructed to go to a store to complete my request. I arrived at this store today with documents in hand and after being greeted by several representatives (thank you!), I was initially told that they could not complete that service onsite. I was told that it was something that corporate did NOT allow them to do onsite. I would have to call the 611 customer service number...again! I was despondent. Thankfully Tyzaya asked me to take a seat so she could assist me with the issue. She was with me every step of the way and was so understanding. After 45+ combined minutes on hold, waiting, talking with different representatives on multiple phones, she finally helped me get my issue resolved. Can't believe it is finally DONE after all of the back and forth with the AT&T customer service line. THANK YOU Tyzaya and team!!!! Very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this location. After helping me navigate the Asurion process and clear everything off the phone for a replacement as per the Asurion policy, we realized that the phone had been fitted with an excellent screen protector(neither had detected it) and the phone wasn't broken at all! He suggested I try to cancel the claim and patiently waited while I got the agent to take care of it. She really knew all the products and plans and explained everything clearly. I am not the sharpest tech person- and she was so considerate and understanding. She went the extra mile- which is why I will always go to this store for all my service needs. Tevin was wonderful too. I came in the next day with a few extra questions and he couldn’t have been nicer or more informative in answering my queries.

Me and my husband came into this store to view different phone plan options.
At other locations like T-Mobile & AT&T they were very pushy when it came time to exploring different phone plans. But here at Verizon, Amon was super helpful (not pushy at all). He gave us our space to make our decisions!
We later came back about a month later to pursue the Unlimited Plus plan. Again, Amon was super helpful, patient and kind. He answered all of our questions, gave us a clear view of what our phone bill would be before hand, showed us many different options. Hands down one of the best retail managers I’ve ever dealt with in years! And in 2024 great managers like Amon are very hard to find. So, I give him and this store a lot of props!
Everyone should definitely look into this location if pursuing Verizon.”

“Sunday, I received detailed information regarding how to manage my broken charger port on phone. The phone Tech on duty checked my phone and noticed the Charger Port was damaged. Instead of trying to sell me a new phone since it would take 10 days for a new charger port to arrive. The attendant looked up my account, found I carried insurance on my phone, which I forgot about. Attendant wrote down the number for me to call to file a claim. Upon calling to make a claim I will now receive a new updated phone byTuesday. Excellent service rendered. ???”
