We found RW Trailer, I called and had the opportunity to speak with Josh. He assessed the situation over the phone and instilled confidence in me to head over. When we arrived I was met with by Josh and a delightful rep at the counter. Josh and his son got to work, putting together the necessary parts and tools needed to get us back on the road to Northeast PA. I was really happy working with them on that claim, so I brought my vehicle back for the 60k mile service and asked them to look the car over. Dan and the team are really great to work with. Unlike most shops, they are fast to communicate via email or phone, they send pics of all the work that needs to be done or is proposed showing an indication of why they think it needs to be done, and showing the work before and after.
