Service was fast, people were kind, and the waiting room was clean. You can't really ask for more!I'll also say, this wasn't my first visit. I took a previous car here to get checked out, and K&S found an issue that had caused need for massive repairs and never been caught. They are thorough in the ways that matter, and I've already told my fiance this is our car shop for the time being.”

Either the work is not done right, takes too long, costs more than was expected, and the experience with the staff leave something to be desired.
