Louie has literally talked me out of spending money on unnecessary work; I got my oil changed at a chain which gave me a laundry list of work I needed, and Louie was my second opinion who said I didn’t need any of it. That was my first experience with Eastwood, and it said a lot about their business.Any work I’ve gotten since then (battery, emissions stuff) was priced low and a smooth experience for me. They’ve also taken the time to help me with small/random things like putting air in my tires and securing my front license plate.Anything car related intimidates me, but knowing I can trust Eastwood is great. “Excellent experience - I came in with a screw in one of my tires, fearing I'd need a new one. Instead, the folks at K&S patched it up and got me on my way again. Service was fast, people were kind, and the waiting room was clean. You can't really ask for more!I'll also say, this wasn't my first visit. I took a previous car here to get checked out, and K&S found an issue that had caused need for massive repairs and never been caught. They are thorough in the ways that matter, and I've already told my fiance this is our car shop for the time being.”
