“Maryland Motor Workz went above and beyond for our family of 6. We were headed home, back to Indiana from Maryland, when our the coolant line on our van blew at 4:40 pm on a Thursday evening. We called, explained our situation and a technician, Joseph, met us at a local gas station to assess our problem and have come up with a plan to get us back on the road. He assessed the situation, called around to find the parts locally, picked them up, fixed our van in the parking lot and we were on our way back to Indiana. All the lugs were stripped. 3 guy from this shop came out in the pouring rain and got it off for me and put lugs on they had at the shop. “I had an issue with my exhaust and thought it could be a costly repair. Some places might have led me to believe I had to replace the entire exhaust system. However, I received a professional and honest diagnosis from the team and it wasn't nearly as costly as I thought it would be. They were able to repair the issue without having to replace the whole system. I will certainly be returning with any future car repairs.”
