First time dealing with Volvo and Koons. I took my used XC40 in for a transmission shifting issue and they offered me a loaner for 2 days while they looked at it. Communication was excellent

Went for a air bag recall and they discovered many issues on a 2005 xc70. I picked those I thought important . Work completed quickly. Will return.

I woke up to a flat tire. Was able to get on their schedule within a couple hours on a Saturday. I wasn’t feeling well so they expedited my service so I could get to my doctor’s appointment. 10/10 experiences on a regular basis at Koons Volvo!

I have been with Koons for about 8 years now and I have always had a pleasant and convenient experience. I recently went in for service and too bad I could not stay. Everyone is helpful and amicable. I would have left a tip but the money has to go towards the car lol.

I drove from Frederick MD to get my hybrid alarm looked at, and pick up my charging cable and have the driver assist handle replaced.The alarm was fixed and I received the cable, but was told after the car was ready, that the handle was just ordered that day because sales did not place the original order. But my sales representative did email me and said that it was in.The repair representative is going to try and mail me the handle to my house and I’ll install the handle myself.Overall, not a big deal so long as the handle is mailed to me.This does not diminish the overall experience with buying a car from this dealership. I recommend anyone to this Volvo dealership.

I give the service a 4.5! However poor communication with returning my car. I love the concierge service but I was told my car will be cleaned and washed and it wasn’t! I really expected the service that I was told that I’ll be receiving, but I did not.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I arrived to drop off vehicle for 60,000 mile check. Everything went smoothly. I was informed vehicle was ready in approximately 2 hours. All contact with Volvo employees was excellent. All services provided were explained along with recommendations

Outstanding service and a highly professional staff. Recently took my V90 CC for it’s 50,000 miles service. Koons Volvo inspected, upgraded software and washed my vehicle while I waited in their comfortably lobby. Awesome, entire process of trading in my vehicle and getting a new vehicle was under 2 hours. Entire staff at Koons Volvo at WhiteMarsh was so friendly and made you feel so comfortable. I would recommend to my friends and colleagues.

There were multiple mistakes on my invoice that I had to point out and get corrected. The first time, when the estimate was several hundred dollars above my phone quote and the actual math in front of me on the page was not adding up correctly, the service person apologized and corrected it. When the final invoice came in several hundred dollars higher, I wrote and asked for details about the higher amount before paying (payment was through a text link). That time, there was no apology or acknowledgement of my inquiry, just a magical change in the payment due to what it was supposed to be. It left me with a bad feeling to have two large mistakes in a row. Maybe the guy was embarrassed about the second mistake coming so soon after the first, but either way it's either incompetence or trying to get away with mis-charging, and neither feels very good. It made me instantly distrustful of the 5 extra services they recommended to the tune of almost $1,000, when my car only has 40k miles on it and has been babied the whole time I've had it. I'm giving two stars instead of one because of 1) a guy named Gary who was amazing in trying to help me reconnect my app to the car (give this guy a raise, he is awesome!) and 2) the drivers who picked up and delivered my car were professional and friendly.
