“I bought my used car from Koons White marsh years ago. What I love the most about them is that even years later, they still treat the customer like I’m buying a brand new car even in the service department. My car was acting off and within a day I was able to drop it off and get a rental. During the time my car was getting fixed, I was constantly updated from Erin Baker from the service dept who would personally text me updates. She was absolutely amazing from day 1. Shoutout to Robert Schenck for always being the middle man even though he is in the sales department, he always kept me in the loop and took care of the communication between service and I. Thank you to George as well for always being so detail oriented. I will always be appreciative of the amazing hard working staff at Koons!”

“I have to give a huge thanks to Thomas (Tom) and David sold me my first luxury car! I initially viewed the car via my insurance app (it has a car buying tool) and went to the website to confirm. When I sent a request to see if the car was still available, Tom quickly responded with a personal video of the car, inside and out. I went to test drive the car the next day and the biggest win was the customer service, especially since I'm in sales.
