“Such good customer service! This place is efficient, and people actually answer the phone and give helpful answers to questions! (That might sound basic but I am accustomed to the frustration of CVS, so these people made me felt like I was on vacation.)”
“I went to Safeway in Wheaton on Georgia Ave this evening to get a birthday balloon for my grandson's 4th birthday tomorrow. Unfortunately I came after the floral & balloon department was closed. However, Tyrone one one of the very helpful Safeway employees came to my aide and got the special balloon I needed by contacting the off duty department head at home who walked him through the process. This was really above and beyond the call of duty. My thanks to Tyrone and the others who helped out.”
