“How have I not known about this place?! A couple of my coworkers told me about home court so I figured I’d stop in. It’s in an unassuming location based out of a White House tucked away in downtown silver spring. They resell clothing ranging from popular streetwear brands to designer labels and an extensive footwear collection. I went in with a couple items to sell. They took my pair of Rick Owens Creatch cargos and gave me $200. That’s a very reasonable price given I paid probably 600 for them. Didn’t take my McQueen boots because they said they don’t have a good resale value. I was very impressed with the designer selection. They have a lot of rare stuff that’s in great condition, some even brand new! Their staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back to sell some more and browse the new selection. If you’re looking to sell or buy some heat, this is the place to go!”
“I went in today after looking at this brand's website for a few weeks. Given the company's focus on sustainability I was hoping the product was comfortable. I won't order shoes online without being sure of the fit. That said, the customer service here is outstanding. I knew the color and shoe I was most interested in was not in stock and tried a couple alternatives out. I ultimately decided to order the color I was initially drawn to and would not have felt comfortable doing so had the staff not walked me through four or five different pairs for fitting. They did the firework online for me and I just swiped my card. In a couple days they'll arrive at my door without an additional delivery fee. Then maybe I'll review the shoes themselves.”
“I had such a great time trying on my first wedding dresses here! The stylist, Rowen, was incredibly helpful and kind. She made the experience so special and truly took her time and tailored a selection of dresses for me that I never would have picked myself but ended up being some of my favorites.”

“5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE.My parents stopped by Ramer's while in DC. They were shopping for my 4 and 6 year old and purchased a few pair of shoes. They received excellent service. The shoes were stolen from a car place the same day. I needed a pair of shoes for my Kindergartener's graduation this Friday. My mom called the store and he took care of us and shipped the shoes to my home. It's Monday and they've already arrived. The shoes fit perfect and are so cute for this special occasion. Thank you Ramer's Shoes for being so kind to my parents and going out of your way to make our day. If we are in town again, we will definitely be stopping by.”

“After haven’t been to silver spring downtown area for awhile, glad to see some changes happened to the area including this new nike shop.This nike factory store is very spacious and has great selections, great value on discounted items.The shop looks pretty clean. But out side of 1 security guard and couple employees in the front, we didn’t really see other employees working on the floor. Since we didn’t need any service so cannot really comment on it.The store was very quiet, not too many customers inside when we were there. Great location, and convenient. Parking garage nearby.”

“Update 6/2023: so happy with the new management at Amano! They’re friendly, helpful and the inventory is much improved. I now go there more frequently to see what new things they have.Previous review: I'm so glad to hear others say they've had great customer service b/c it's been hit or miss with me. Sometimes i'll get a very nice sales woman and other times, like today, my daughter and i walked in, looked around the jewelry by the front register and left 5 mins later and not one person acknowledged us. We've also gone bought something there and literally, nothing was said to us. Not hello/can i help you/thank you for shopping with us. As i said, there have been times when they've been friendly but it's kind of odd that it's not consistent.”

Pretty organized & well lit.If you're best half down searching & like 40 legs - restrooms are same floor, on your right as you enter the store.Overall: do your homework, look for models & designs. Assistants are helpful but you need to know beforehand. Best part - hell of styles & models.”

“Great quality designer shoes for low prices. My kid got a pair of addidas soccer shoes with a pack of socks and I got a pair of blingy pink furry slippers for less than $100. The only issue with the store is that they seemed really understaffed and could use more active employees.”
