“I called in the morning and Rachel was amazingly helpful and kind - she helped me make a decision and even invited me to come in later that day. The entire staff was professional and answered all my questions. They were patient with my novice understanding of cars / tires. My technican, Lucas, was excellent. “Great service. Made my appointment on the BJ's tire website and followed up with a phone call the morning of the scheduled service to make sure the tires had arrived. Both of the staff were polite, friendly and let us know what time the car would be completed. I have used this location multiple times and they have always provided good service. In fact, there are 2 locations closer to me and I chose to travel to the Westminster location for a better experience.”
