“I was able to schedule online and the service was performed quickly, as I've come to expect. I've been a loyal Mr. Tire customer at other stores, but my visit to this location was above expectations due mostly to my interaction with the manager, Jack Pomeroy. He was knowledgeable, flexible, courteous, and went the extra mile to figure out how to help me. While I was waiting, I saw him juggle multiple customers, some not so kind, all while smiling and remaining professional. He is definitely an asset to this store, and I will be switching my primary store to the one in Eldersburg because of him.”
“Brought tire in for repair. Bay Area resealed tire, changed valve stem. A few months later the tire went flat again. Upon returning the tire Bay Area found a whole in the side wall and could not understand how it was missed. Luckily, one replacement tire was in stock and the damaged tire was replaced. Through out the experience Bay Area representatives were professional and polite.”
