“The staff is polite and friendly. They have good varieties of African food and produce but the store is messy and disorganized. Things are kinda all over the place and it's been like that for the numerous times I've dropped in to buy food.Last time I stopped by to buy some African groceries, I noticed they don't sell the meatpies and fish roll they used to sell before which was a bummer for me because they're delicious. Hope they can bring those back.Overall, the store is good, they have nice staff and good African products.”

It’s in the basement of a building along 14th Street NW filled with products like sake, fish sauce, pottery, and other items from Asia.The back has a sushi and rice bowl counter. Nearby is a grab-n-go area with pad Thai, curries, and more. The chicken red curry is the best I’ve had in the city”

I will add images later as I was in a time crunch, but the store has the new car smell, lol. This is the location of Whole Foods Market that you must experience for yourself, as I have never met a more friendly& helpful team and it truly does allow patrons to truly leisurely shop and yes socialize with other neighborhood inhabitants. Calling All chefs or Home cooks, do yourself a favor and walk into the produce department and marvel in the freshest quality, its updated frequently, and I’m confident that if you found something out of sorts it would be addressed immediately and without incident. “I don't know why, but this place reminded me of your sitcom, corner store, supermarket. It was so welcoming when I came in here and had the shelves stocked with items. Honestly, this was one of the best supermarkets I have been in for a while. One down side here is that it is located in a rather cramped space. The aisles are narrow and if you a claustrophobic, this might not be the spot for you. Even though it is a smaller space, they do have a wide variety of items to choose from. It was a nice experience and it was great to see that this is used by so many people. I only stopped in here one night to grab a few things and there were enough people in here to make it known it is a great asset in the area. I grabbed my items, made it to the front, had a small wait in line, but it was worth it. The employee that was working was super pleasant and definitely made it a better experience.”

“Glut is great! Glut is the best place to buy organic foods, or bulk items when you only need a little of something. I bought some rice for an essential oil aromatherapy bag I needed to fill. I had the bag and oils at home, but no rice. I also bought whole wheat flour to make dog biscuits. I had white, cake, and self rising flour, but no whole wheat. I got what I needed without buying products that would go to waste. I love the vibe of this Co-op. The employees are great. Too bad my school in nearby Riverdale is being demolished and I have been relocated to Landover. I guess I will be by on Saturdays now until my school is rebuilt.”
