I walked in, fell in love with a Sportage (had the intention of wanting a soul) and we immediately proceeded with purchasing. “After waiting at the competitor next door with clearly no customers inside and 3 people working, I drove next door to Southern. I walked in Tony greeted me with a smile. I asked for a tire ? rotation he came back and told me I needed three tires changed. I went to check with him and thanked him for looking out for my safety. It was clean ? inside, floors clean and didn’t feel or smell greasy dirty. I’m not lying ? go check it out for yourself and then walk over next door to WIYGUL — totally different atmosphere.”

“7 years later and still excellent, quality service!Yesssssssss, this is what I mean when I say awesome customer service.My friend needed new tires and after calling around and searching online, he found Southern Tire and Auto Center. The lady he spoke with on the phone before he arrived was sooo helpful and uber friendly. The desired tires were in stock so we headed their way.Once we arrived we were greeted and helped immediately. We asked if we could see the tire (Sumitomo High Performance, HRT All-Season) and we were told we definitely could. Once we made our way to the warehouse and inspected the tires we decided to go ahead with the purchase, as we were pleased that they would suffice. My friend has rims on his car, so he said the low profile was great.With the government discount (15%), a full set was $428.05....not bad at all! Definitely worth the money, plus they are great, high quality tires. You won't be disappointed at this venue.Thanks for the awesome customer service and quality products!!! “I recently had a tune-up, oil change, and engine flush at this shop. Everyone was courteous and professional. The work was done in a timely manner. However, they failed to inform me about a transmission code that came up during the code reading. The check engine light and repair wrench came on the same day I was serviced. When I took my car back that same day, the young men there couldn't help me. I had to return the next morning to get an explanation about the additional problem. It's frustrating that this issue wasn't mentioned during my initial visit, as I'm sure it was present then.”

“I had a very positive experience with Mr. Tire at the mall. I used to go to a different tire place, I won’t mention any names, and for the first time, they wouldn’t even give me a contact persons name to receive my tires I purchased from Tire Rack. So I took a chance with Mr. Tire and I’m glad I did. Not only were they less expensive, they were courteous, professional, and friendly. It took time to do the work because my truck wasn’t the only one they were working on, but they worked as quickly as they could and my truck drove smoothly with no issues. I am happy to have her back on the road. Also, I’ll be going to Mr. Tire from now on to have my tires installed. They did great work.”

“Went to Sam's for coffee and ended up with PJ's for our annual family Christmas picture! Lol!Let's face it. If you go into Sam's you will need to open up your purse and give a few extra coins because they have such a wide variety of things available. Not only are their things you would find in a grocery store but there are fresh flowers, furniture, tires and clothes too.I also love their convenient prepared foods. I usually grab a rotisserie chicken with a salad for a quick Friday night dinner. I will say this is the first time I did have to wait in line for it. But it wasn't too long.Of course there is a annual membership fee but I always find a good deal on Groupon.I love Sam's but I have to limit my trips because I always spend way over my budget(in a good way)”

Gave complete information about the process and care of my vehicle ... storage and security ... then they delivered what matters ... a quality finished product ...
So I've been washing driving rubbing looking for mistakes ... have not found any ... got what I payed for ... Thank You Eternal Trendz ... They just do the job ... Well Done ...”

“I have used this store several times before. When I dropped my car off for service I was greeted very professionally buy the young lady at the front desk. They took my car in and told me what was wrong. Right away she found the parts gave me a price to do the work. I left the car until the next day. Came back the next day. Difference person at front desk. Young man with dreads sitting down sipping on a big gulp. Didn't get up to greet me. I ask him three times to ask the mechanic when will my car be ready. He just set there saying 12:00
so I told my ride to leave. Had to finally say just go ask to be sure so I could tell my ride to go or take me home. Finally he go back and ask. The mechanic come out and told me it would take most of the day. He was very professional. He offered to take me home and he did. When my car was finished I got a call from the young lady that said my car was ready and that Buddy the mechanic will pick me up.
Thank you to Buddy and the young lady that work the front desk. Very professional.”

“the gas is a good price, plenty of parking. New carts. I've found that veggies and meats are fresh and reasonably priced. The folks offering samples are typically helpful. Deli staff has always been good. I've never ordered from the bakery so I have no review of that. The car maintain staff are not the friendliest but they got the work done well. They were mostly aggravated with people coming in with no appointment. I guess they need to let people know that they aren't staffed for drop in business. Service desk has always been pleasant to deal with. I've not used their eye glass service so I cannot review that.”
