“I visited this store the day before Thanksgiving to make a return and although the selection is sub par, I will say that the customer service has improved the past few months. I wanted to leave a review because I was impressed by Lavar’s efforts & patience. He not only assisted his colleagues at the checkout counter, he also helped with the removal of sensors from customers purchases who were ringing at the door, Simultaneously. It seemed that he was training them as well, I’ve worked retail before so I know it can be a lot especially during the holidays and prestocking for BF, but he never loss his patience or superior level of customer service. However, this store needs serious help with their clothing selection.”
“I went to the MW in Columbia, MD to purchase a suit. I had never bought a suit from MW before and didn't know what to expect.
The manager, John Roberts, asked me a few questions, then sized me up perfectly on the style and coat/slack sizes. The slack size was not my normal size, but the slacks fit perfectly. John also paired up 3 sets of dress shirts and ties as well. I wound up buying 2 ties and a shirt in addition to the suit.
I would highly recommend this MW with Mr. Roberts to assist you.”

“This store is pretty good. The employees I've interacted with are friendly and helpful. Picking up my online order was really easy as well as making a return from an online order. I mostly come here looking for clothes but I think I'll take a look at the other merchandise next time I go. However, they could have a better selection of dressy shoes and plus size clothes and the clearance racks could be more organized.”
