“What a great experience! This rental was made through my husband's company, Raytheon. He was really nervous about how this would work and sent me with paperwork explaining the rental agreement and had me on the phone when I went to pick up the car. However, none of that was necessary. As soon as I arrived, the attendant was extremely helpful and had the car pulled around and cooled off by the time I was done signing papers. There was even a customer there offering me extra advice on toll road. The car was great and was beyond my expectations. Drop-off was exceptionally easy. I even left my credit card in the car and had to go back. Everyone was so helpful in trying to find it. The card had fallen to the side of the chair and immediately returned. The overall experience was excellent and the staff was very friendly and upbeat. THANK YOU!”
