I used to follow the former Assistant Manager, Tee when she would relocate; however, I learned that the entire Dream Team was initially led and taught by multi-award winning, Theo who has creatively and intentionally mentored, while managing.

In true transparency, I have expressed my displeasure with the inability to reach anyone by telephone. However, in their defense, clearly everyone wants to work with and rent from them so they stay extremely busy, but I just wish they would have one person devoted to at least answer answering the phone.

Their patience and professionalism and desire to assist is why I will continue to return for business and personal usage.”

“I rented a vehicle out of Jacksonville Fl. Alignment and tire balance was off vehicle vibrated all the way from Fl., I stopped by this location to swap the vehicle out this was a Saturday afternoon I was told by an associate to come back the next day and that they had vehicles returning and they could help me swap out arrived Sunday early and nothing was available I was told to give them until 11am and possibly they would have a vehicle I admit I was skeptical due to the reviews I had read and had planned on going to the DCA location to try and get a replacement vehicle but around 10am DJ contacted me and said he had a vehicle for me I was very pleased that he was able to help me out so this rating is customer service based only thanks DJ.
Now and I know this location is independently operated and they can only provide the vehicles that are sent to them so this is about the Avis Budget group they need to be ashamed the vehicle was a 2023 Expedition Max very worn with 75,000 miles on it scratches and dings everywhere vehicle rattled all the way back to Fl highly disappointing for such a large rental company needless to say I will never rent from Avis Budget again.”
