I just had the WORST experience at THIS location. I went in and they did say hello but when i needed to get cash out from the teller (Nyla) and she had a complete attitude for no reason. seriously uncalled for and she needs to be fired and this kind of attitude will bring this company down.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Bank of America. Their customer service was abysmal, with long wait times and unhelpful representatives. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of Bank of America and explore other banking options."

I waited an hour and they never helped me, just because I needed someone who spoke Spanish...no one tried to help me, I'm angry and I'll go make a new account in another bank. There are very kind people in another place...the truth is, they have a lot of racism towards Hispanics.
