Was incredibly helpful over the phone, quickly answered all my worrisome questions about the process, and even took my car keys for me before as she opened for the day so I wouldn't have to drop off in the box or fill the little informational envelope.Now, I'm not saying everyone should expect this, it was an above and beyond thing. But I'm mentioning it because it's rare to witness someone who seems to genuinely care.I've yet to receive my car back, but I'm preemptively writing this review in faith that there will be no issues whatsoever. If there are, I'll update you all. Though I doubt there will be any remediation to this. She really left a fantastic impression that disarms anxiety about the whole situation.”

“Had my car towed to Harrisons.They gave me estimates on work that needed to be done in a very timely manner and when I spoke to Brian he patiently went over everything. Even though I elected to not have the work done, he agreed that this course of action was probably the best choice because of the mileage on the car. Brian worked with me as I made arrangements to have my towed to a salvage yard letting me keep the car at Harrison’s until I finalized the deal.I will definitely recommend them to others and will use them to in the future for any repairs I need. “I HIGHLY recommend using Easton Services Center! I got an inspection ticket for a pickup I own and I'm typical \"Me\" fashion. I waited until the absolute last second to deal with it and the tags were due to be suspended. Call.ed and explained my situation, and was told to bring it in and he'd make it fit in his busy schedule. Upon showing up. He did EXACTLY that, inspected the the vehicle, and signed off on the ticket and told me how to.have the suspension lifted by calling with the proof of inspection. He was a TREMENDOUS help, and I EILL be using him again. Bought another older pickup to restore and will be using him in the next 2 weeks to inspect that for me as well! Highly recommend!”

I found R&M online and reached out asking if they'd take a job on a 2014 Camaro and they were very accommodating. With a phone call and a few emails, they did the job for me on a weekend. Because of where I live and the hours they keep, I never met either of the gentlemen who handled the job--dropped the car after hours one day, picked it up after hours another day--but I can tell you they were both very kind and helpful, stated their pricing upfront and kept to it. I was very pleased with the experience, and the work was stellar--picked up my car with a cleaner interior than I left it too! If you have a classic car needing renovation, and if my experience is any indicator, I'd say you can't go wrong with R&M. A+++ all the way!”
