Was incredibly helpful over the phone, quickly answered all my worrisome questions about the process, and even took my car keys for me before as she opened for the day so I wouldn't have to drop off in the box or fill the little informational envelope.Now, I'm not saying everyone should expect this, it was an above and beyond thing. But I'm mentioning it because it's rare to witness someone who seems to genuinely care.I've yet to receive my car back, but I'm preemptively writing this review in faith that there will be no issues whatsoever. If there are, I'll update you all. Though I doubt there will be any remediation to this. She really left a fantastic impression that disarms anxiety about the whole situation.”

“Had my car towed to Harrisons.They gave me estimates on work that needed to be done in a very timely manner and when I spoke to Brian he patiently went over everything. Even though I elected to not have the work done, he agreed that this course of action was probably the best choice because of the mileage on the car. Brian worked with me as I made arrangements to have my towed to a salvage yard letting me keep the car at Harrison’s until I finalized the deal.I will definitely recommend them to others and will use them to in the future for any repairs I need. “I HIGHLY recommend using Easton Services Center! I got an inspection ticket for a pickup I own and I'm typical \"Me\" fashion. I waited until the absolute last second to deal with it and the tags were due to be suspended. Call.ed and explained my situation, and was told to bring it in and he'd make it fit in his busy schedule. Upon showing up. He did EXACTLY that, inspected the the vehicle, and signed off on the ticket and told me how to.have the suspension lifted by calling with the proof of inspection. He was a TREMENDOUS help, and I EILL be using him again. Bought another older pickup to restore and will be using him in the next 2 weeks to inspect that for me as well! Highly recommend!”

“AAA sent Joe out to change our tire on the side of busy route 50... should have been a 5 minute job except the rim was stuck, working for at least 10 minutes to free it, making sure the donut was properly inflated, that we understood the limits of the "tire" and where he thought would be the best place to get a tire on our return trip (Spurry's Tire Service) as every place was about to close... he pulled the truck out to block traffic for us to pull out and followed us a ways to make sure everything was ok. provided great service”

“Recently went up to Easton/St Michaels area for a family reunion. On Saturday, my alternator went out. I reached out to a local mobile mechanic who said he would do it, and instead of telling me he was just too busy or couldn't do it, proceed to jerk us around nearly 24 hours. Causing us to miss the family reunion. However, the one good thing the mobile mechanic did was give me the info to Clark's Auto Repair. Within 20 minutes of me calling he came out, looked at my van. On a SUNDAY! Loaded the van up took it to his shop, and within in hour and a half brought it back to me good as new, and did not charge an arm and a leg either. I am so very impressed with Clarks Auto repair and I hope everyone gives them the business they deserve! If it hadn't been for them we wouldn't have been able to spend the little bit of time we did get with our extended family, and we wouldn't have been able to make it the 4 hour drive back home. Thank you guys so much for coming to our rescue and showing us that there are still amazing people in the world. We made it home safe and sound with no issues!
