“Nicole who works there goes above and beyond. Was incredibly helpful over the phone, quickly answered all my worrisome questions about the process, and even took my car keys for me before as she opened for the day so I wouldn't have to drop off in the box or fill the little informational envelope.Now, I'm not saying everyone should expect this, it was an above and beyond thing. But I'm mentioning it because it's rare to witness someone who seems to genuinely care.I've yet to receive my car back, but I'm preemptively writing this review in faith that there will be no issues whatsoever. If there are, I'll update you all. Though I doubt there will be any remediation to this. She really left a fantastic impression that disarms anxiety about the whole situation.”

I’m a middle aged single woman so auto stores aren’t my happy place but Cade made it a pleasure. Cade is a big asset to the store!”

“My clients 2001 van broke down. Dang Radiator. Some local folks recommended Harrisons for being honest and quick. We dropped the car off and they were SUPER nice and gave us a quote. Dropped it off on a Thursday. The car needed more work then originality anticipated and wasn't done until Tuesday .... but the price was the same. They communicated. They were honest. They were fair. My father is an automechanic in PA and Harrisons is right at that level. 1000% would trust them with my car.”
