This store always feels ransacked. It doesn't matter if it's after a weekend, it's always in a state of disarray and poor shelf stocking. If you've got the time, go to a Target outside of the beltway.

Parking is a nightmare but store is clean and well stocked personnel moderately helpful when you can find them.
