“I've been with first financial for over 10 years. They are very friendly, nice, and helpful. I have home loan and auto loan here. I've never missed a payment and they allow a 15 day grace period past the due date. The only negative is the collection people start calling me with a very serious tone 3 days past the due date when I have a 15 day grace period. This would be my only negative comment about this bank, especially since I'm very reliable and never miss a payment. Otherwise, great and helpful people.”

They quizzed me at the door for possible Corona-19 symptoms. I needed a check for earnest money and got helped right away-- the whole process took about 5 minutes.
