Today, I spoke to one Rep earlier after holding for 15 minutes. And at present 11/23, it's been 40 minutes & I'm holding as I'm typing.. I've been an outstanding Member & I'm a Senior. When my debit card was skimmed at a gas station recently, I got a call from MECU Credit Union - Loch Ridge Center Branch alerting me to the potential unauthorized charge before I was even aware that it had happened. It was all handled quickly and professionally with minimal inconvenience. And they still offer some of the best rates around!”

I had a recent instance of fraud that was frustrating and took a number of calls to resolve, and ultimately I had to go in-person. But it was taken care of; and every MECU representative I spoke with was friendly and helpful (vs the Visa reps that were also involved). I definitely recommend this CU.”
