The service has really went downhill with this company. I never received my taxes into my accoun after paying for the preparation and Jerome response was silent.

No Katrina means no more service from us. This has been the worst experience ever.

Still waiting on 2021 taxes. No call back after leaving several messages or voicemail full. Extension until October but it still shouldn't take this long after dropping off 1st week in April. Praying not to get penalized by IRS
