Brinkley House is the nicest apartment complex I’ve lived in. Living a total of thirty three years there, I moved out twice for short periods, and back to good old Brinkley House. Maintenance was great as well as parking and the grounds were always well maintained. Alway quite with good neighbors.

I love this complex, I've been here two months, no signs of pest or rodents, the unit is very spacious! all the amenities work well. Maintenance is on point! most of the staff is friendly and approachable. I love it!

This review is to solely shout out Mr. Felix in maintenance. Felix goes above and beyond each time i need assistance from maintenance. He will find the initial issue and work hard to get it done. He listens and will take care of you and your concerns.
