When you have a maintenance request they are too slow and I don't like that they make money off your guests parking and they can't keep my rent balance straight

I truly enjoy living here. I love the maintenance crew members they are always willing to help me. I love Doris Gordon she is the best. She really knows her job and does it well. The only complaint I have is that I would have to pay for friends to park when I see all these open spaces all night everyday.

This place is infested with mice!!! I’ve been dealing with this issue for a little over a year. I’ve put in multiple request for a search and seal and I keep getting notifications that work has been complete. However that cannot be true when the situation has only gotten worse. I’m moving out as soon as I can. Unacceptable!!!
