“I had to come in to pay for a unit and i was running behind schedule. I was pushing it close to closing @ 6pm. My GPS's ETA read 5:56pm. so i called ahead and reached the store Manager Donald, who by the way did an excellent job. I asked if he didn't mind waiting for me as i didn't know how traffic was going to treat me. He said of course. I arrived @5:55pm & Donald checked me out within minutes. & showed me to my unit even tho at that point he was technically off. Thank you Donald for your professionalism. The facility was clean, and they had enough carts. ??? Which is a first for me. Carts are normally scarce at storage facilities.”
“Ebony was amazing!! I made a reservation online. I personally wanted to see the unit so I completed it in person rather than over the phone. When I arrived, the unit was perfect and the process was seamless. Clean, great temperature for my memorabilia and furniture, very secure! Ebony was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. She has a great attitude which is always a plus in customer service!”

“The initial offer price was great, so I signed up. The facility is safe and clean. I kept my furniture there for months without any coverage and it was in great shape when I moved out without any damage or termite. The manager is a very good, honest woman named Tiffanne. She was quick to refund the extra payment that I had made by mistake after moving out. The only issue with Extra Space is that they keep increasing the rent every 6 months without informing you. So read your contract terms carefully. I am not sure if other storage companies also do that. Maybe they all do. But if you are looking for a short-term contract I think it's great value for money.”

I called and explained the situation and was given a full refund. The man that assisted me was very understanding and he even apologized for my inconvenience, this company is great!”

“Can’t recommend this company enough! They are total pros. Bookstore Movers packed my moving truck for a cross country move within a couple of hours and turned moving day from stressful to easy. Then I drove the truck 2,600 miles, including an incident where one of the tires blew out on the highway, and I still arrived at my new home with everything packed perfectly. Nothing broke! Totally exceeded my expectations.”

If I had a business that required customer interface, I would hire HIM to represent and be the face of my company! Very thankful for people like him and would highly recommend working and talking with him to resolve your storage needs!
For reference, Bemnet helped me secure a very favorable unit close to the entrance. I have extremely heavy mechanic things (wheels, engines, hoists, etc). Without his help the computer would have generated and assigned me some random unit on that floor… Again very grateful for his help. Some of his colleagues are not as skilled in serving others but I’m sure he will run off on them ;) Praying for a sweet relationship with PS into the future.”
