“The gentlemen were incredibly professional. We appreciated the approach of surveying what was moving and what was remaining, and also on arrival to new home. I appreciated the senior veterans of the group who spoke up and gave good corrective feedback in realtime and taught the less seasoned members of the team. They were all very respectful of our new space- taking off shoes etc to enter carpeted areas. They worked hard and efficiently, and cleaned as they went. They worked well together as a team, with positive energy and communication. They listened to each other and helped each other out. We could not have been happier with our move, and nothing is broken!”

“Wow, it was very easy to set-up on line and get a storage unit at the ExtraSpace on North Stonestreet in Rockville, MD. When I got there the staff was very friendly and helpful, and one of them showed me the way to the unit I rented. It was very nice seeing the pride the staff takes in their work. The facility was VERY clean and well lit. Appeared to have ample parking and carts available. It is very secure - requires you to use your password to both get into the facility and to use the elevator. They have great hours. Very glad I chose this Extra Space Storage.”
