We just left the Eldersburg store and Tyler assisted my husband and I. His customer service skills were excellent: he was very knowledgeable, thoroughly answered any question that we asked and was kind & patient throughout. Great job, Tyler!!

Mel did a great job with me (if not long). She did her best to repair my broken phone, but in the end, it was to no avail. Then she helped me with a new phone.
