“I have ALWAYS rented from Enterprise Rent-A-Car when I needed a rental. My experiences have always been positive. This time was no different. The staff at the New Carrollton location was courteous and professional. My phone calls were answered promptly and there was no hiccups with getting me a car. Nate was the representative I worked with. He was personable and very detailed with his explanations. You can tell he likes what he does. I had no issues with the car. It was clean and ran well. Returning the car was a breeze. I was able to leave it at the repair shop. Nate called to close out my rental agreement. Again, he explained everything well. My entire experience was seamless. “The staff at the Alexandria Ferry location are always so very kind and efficient when we rent there. We've had an occasion when there was an issue with the notification bell in the car being stuck and they were prompt about getting another vehicle for us. Our most recent rental in March '24 was again, a pleasant experience and one of the staff gave my husband a ride back to our home when the car was turned in. There have never been long waits when we have come there to pick up our rental. I highly recommend them!”

“Nothing less than FIVE STAR treatment. I was traveling with two car seats, stroller and three children and not to mention wheelchair assistance ?. Torrence and Robin were on it. I called from the train and he heard the stress in my voice and moved into action and met me in the rain to assist me . He made sure I was well pleased with the vehicle and gave me the reassurance that his team would be there to assist me when I return. They were and this is the best form of leadership and customer service at its best. Robin called and followed up with an emailed to make sure if I needed anything she was there to assist. From the manager all the way to the parking attendant who drove and dropped us off at the curb ask were very polite, professional and concern with my needs. This manner of service was sincere and very much appreciated. This Reagan DC rental department did an amazing, excellent and attentive service to customers that they should be the model for all. “Rented a vehicle from Avis for about a week. I reserved the smallest car they have but was given the biggest car they had (for the same price) which I really didn't want to drive but they had no other options. I don't know why they're advertising things they don't have. The positive.......Messi is AMAZING!!!!! She's so patient, so nice, I don't know how she does it. I was in there twice and both times, people were made because they had reservations but they had no cars, or the car they reserved wasn't there. And she took it in stride, she was helpful and patient, it was unbelievable. I told her, you need a raise!!! Avis is lucky to have her, she should be running things and maybe she'd clean up the fact that you don't have the cars that you're reserving. It really makes her job so difficult, yet she shines and is great to her customes. THANK YOU MESSI!”

“This review is a long time coming. I have been so busy and have also had a few health issues. I rented a car from your 10th St. NE location in DC. There was a second attempt on the theft of my car within 3 months. The customer service that I received was on point. The date I needed for my car pickup was appreciated and the level of professionalism at this location was beyond great!!!! I was so excited to see Lauryn Hillard at this location. She was so helpful to me the last time I went through this ordeal. At that time, she was located at your Takoma Park location. Lauryn is amazing. She is customer service oriented, very professional, kind, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to be helpful. All of the employees I interacted with, from the young lady who handled my reimbursement that I received almost immediately, she's super awesome. The young man who escorted me to my car -- everyone was amazing. I am a senior and walk with a cane. They were so kind and compassionate and helpful to this senior lady. I was in a situation where I needed a black truck for my fathers funeral service and first & foremost Rowe and Presley took great empathy to the reason I needed it then work quickly to find not only a beautiful 2022 Chevy Tahoe but at a great rate ! They consistently checked on me throughout my time of me using the vehicle to simply let me know they were around if I needed any assistance! The vehicle was clean, convenient and stylish for my use! “I’m not big on reviews but this one was worth it. The process was painless and quick. I had called several times just to make sure the answers and prices did not change and they didn’t. When I arrived, the owner Charles assisted me and didn’t make me feel like I was being rushed or pressured. The environment was comfortable and I walked away with a car I didn’t think I would qualify for. Needless to say, they worked with me and gave me a lot of knowledge and blessing at the same time. Don’t waste time y’all, they about they business there! The owner there has been in business for over 20 years and when I saw him, it hit me, I brought my first car from him at 23 and now I’m 38 lmbo…won’t he do it!!
