“It’s definitely a busy thrift store but I can see why. Really good selection and reasonable prices. It’s a bit out of my way but will definitely come back! Important note: there are no changing rooms at this thrift”
“Good variety of used goods. Coupons when you donate and discount days during the week. Everything is fairly organized for a very large thrift store. Hidden gems can be found once and a while.”
“This is a clean store. It's very organized and I find the employees patient and kind.1/25/23It was clean and Now donations are awful. I sat on a chair 2-weeks ago and it fell apart underneath me. I don’t blame Unique. It’s the donators. They give away junk and take a tax deduction. Ugh! It’s more Hillandale than Wheaton.”

10141 New Hampshire Ave, Silver Spring“I'm very passionate about thrift stores and so when I stumbled upon unique I was very excited. I went a little overboard ha ha. My friend just had her second kid so I spent a lot of time back in the kids section... They have a very large selection of gently used kids clothing at super reasonable prices so I was able to spoil my friend's kids without breaking the bank. The good thing about toddlers is that they grow out of clothes so quickly that most of the clothes we got looked almost brand new. For myself I found that they have a nice selection of plus size clothing for women and I left with a number of new items. They give you a discount on different days of the week and if you bring in items to donate, so I always come in with things to give away which is a good excuse to clear out my closet before I add a bunch of new stuff to it”
