Terrible customer service. I waited 30 minutes to cancel my card and order a new one just to be told to do it on my phone with very limited information. Not sure why I couldn't be helped with the process but I will not advise going to this Bank of America.

Worst banking experience ever! There was one teller serving 10 people in line waiting to be served. Teller is chewing gum and there are staffs walking around not helping. If I could give zero star I would, they don't even deserve one!! Don't come to this location and waste your time!

They have an electrical cable wire hanging right at the entrance head level. I told an employee and he says “yeah I know” and walks away. I just left there. How do I post a photo of it?
