I would return to this location for business even if it were a town away solely for the way she treated me! Thank you for your help and time!”
“I only used this place for a month while moving but the staff did right by me even if I didn't meet them. I was set to be billed on 7/1 so as I got close to the end of the month I was all worried about getting it empty to save the money. I emptied the unit on 6/30 and all I did was leave the door open. At 7:01 that evening I got an automatic email saying that I was all good to go and that I wouldn't be billed. Very pleased with that so I'll definitely use public storage again.

I have used them 3 times. I've always had a good experience. The previous company I used had a bad smell throughout the building. However extra space was clean and I never experienced odors . Im happy with the service I received. The staff is professional and helpful. I like being able to reach someone directly in the office as well .”

The facility managers (Ms. Hannah, Mr. Johnson, and forgive me but I don’t remember the other manager’s name) all have superb customer service.
The facility is super clean, well-lit, temperature-controlled, reasonably priced, and an all-around fantastic storage facility.
This is my first time using a storage facility and so I cannot compare Morningstar Storage to other locations, but I highly recommend you use Morningstar for your storage needs.”
