“We used the Hanover, MD location to help with our transition from our home to an apartment. We stored items that we did not want the movers to handle. Once in the apartment, we gradually brought out items from storage to our apartment. Eventually we moved from the 10' x 10' unit to a 5' x 10' unit. The items that remained we decided we no longer needed. We cleared out our unit and gave notice that we were moving out.Overall, we were happy with the Extra Space Storage in Hanover, MD. The facility was always clean. With their security, we always felt self when we were at the facility. Would recommend this facility to anyone needing Extra Storage Space.”

“I used Perry for a local move and they were phenomenal for packing and moving.I lived in a one bedroom apartment with a den, about 1000 sq ft.I did a video tour of my apartment with Diane, it went really well, and she had a really accurate estimate for the amount of stuff I wanted packed, having packed some of my own stuff already.Samantha was my moving manager and she was very communicative and responsive. I actually had some circumstances change and wanted to move 3 weeks earlier (be aware, they do lock in the move date 10 days prior, which is reasonable, so plan accordingly) and they were very amicable to doing so.Don led the packing team and they were really friendly and handled my things with care.Postal was the driver and moving team lead, and he and his team were awesome too. They had my unit emptied and all my stuff in my new place 30 minutes away within 4-5 hours!I had a number of computers and electronics that I was nervous about having others handle, but they were awesome. I even got some money back after, and all of my stuff was in great condition. I will definitely be using them again when I move!”
