“I found Sabrina, aka "Bri", the installation mechanic/technician, to be very accomodating, knowledgeable, capable, friendly, patient AND caring enough to listen to my reasons and preferences and specific concerns regarding the type and inrended functionality BEFORE & AFTER the installation. She was both affable and efficient in her manner - a real "hands-on" wrench turner, the type who's an asset to any professional team, especially for a Nationwide legacy outfit such as U-HAUL. Really everyone I dealt with was very personable and proficient. Bri was outstanding - after all the calls, arrival check-in procedures and banter - she delivered the goods, "service with a smile". A Top Notch experience, overall!
