“Hello with positive energies. My daughter and I rented a U Haul truck and our experience was overall great. With the initial call for the rental, there was tension that was unprofessional and once we arrived, the young lady gave little eye contact and not smiling. Her professionalism was with the process itself and not customer engagement. However, during the process, I managed to make her smile a little. Upon returning the truck, the next day, the gentleman who inspected the truck, greeted us, kept a smile on his face, very nice and professional. I do not see an area to give him a personal rating but he gets a 5 star. I believe his name is "Ken". My apologies if that's not the correct name, but I ask that a 5 star rating be given to the person working who inspected the rental truck for us Thank you and enjoy the positive energies in your day.”

“My experience with Uhaul was excellent. I had some problems in the beginning on my end that was resolved and the day went smoothly. The truck was delivered to us on the lot, I downloaded the app to acknowledge some minor damage and we were on our way. At the end, I used the App to turn the truck in, and all was well. All of the representatives were great and my billing was concise. I would definitely recommend the Uhaul service.”

“Replaced a DOT tank with ASME. Some other companies we spoke to were not responsive or required proof of ownership for 24 year old tank that came with the house. Pep Up was great. Reasonable prices, awesome customer service and terrific installer. Pep Up staff are knowledgeable, were flexible on the install schedule and very easy to work with. Five stars all day long!!”

“I needed an extra large box to return a gift. I called with the dimensions I needed and a very friendly and helpful employee recommended the grande wardrobe and said they had at least four in stock. I drove to the store a couple hours later and was met at the door by an employee offering assistance. We confirmed that the grande wardrobe was my best option and then I checked out. He asked if I would like some help getting the box to my car and stowed it perfectly in my minivan. I was very pleased with the store and the employees. I will definitely shop for packing supplies there in the future.”

“After reserving a trailer from my local U-Haul, I was contacted and told I had to use the Golden Ring location. When I went on Google for directions, I also noticed all of the negative reviews. The day I arrived to pickup the trailer I was prepared for some BS, but there was none. Are the people who work there super-friendly? Maybe not, but they were not rude at all. This is a busy location, and like 99% of other businesses these days, they are short staffed.At the location, and unlike the person in front of me, I had my license, and reservation number ready. When it was my turn at the desk it took about 5 min. to complete my paperwork. I was told the trailer is outside, and that someone would help me get it hitched. Again, I spent another 5-10 minutes outside while the lot person helped hitch the trailer.Dropped the trailer off 1 day early, chatted with Maria (Maria asked that I mention her in my review- hey Maria) who was doing vehicle returns. She told me I did not have to wait in line and could drop off the trailer in a spot towards the back.Easy pickup and drop-off, equipment worked fine, and I spent little time waiting around. Remember y'all, U-Haul helps you do things yourself. If you cannot drive a truck or a trailer, and you need a lot of assistance, maybe bring someone with you who knows about such things.”
