“Found my front passenger window smashed at 8:30am, and by 1:30pm, I had a new window in, thanks to Best Price Auto Glass. When I called my insurance, they gave me a quote from Safelite, which was $264 + $25 for mobile service, except they couldn't get me in that day, and I'd have to drive out to Rosedale (from Federal Hill or Bolton Hill, Baltimore) if I wanted it done that day. A quote from a mechanic was $330 + for the window alone, installation. Then I called Best Price Auto Glass, and was told they could do it for $169, with free mobile service, and it could be done that day. A technician arrived within a couple hours, was polite and professional, and finished within thirty minutes. I also appreciate that he made sure I had a look at his work and was satisfied before I paid, seeing as I screaming baby on my hip, and dog going berserk at the moment, I may have been distracted to actually forget to check.Hopefully my car won't be broken into again, but this is Baltimore, and if it happens again, I know I'll be calling Best Price Auto Glass, as well as, recommending them to friends and family.”

“Where to begin? Ben's has been in business a long time. Local shop that does honest work at an honest price. They recently recovered a jet ski seat for me (and have done work in the past as well). Very quick turnaround and the price ended up being less than quoted - who does that anymore? They have a great reputation and I can personally attest it is well earned. I won't use anyone else.”

“If I were to use medical terms (although this is a glass repair company)Christine is amazing at intake and triage, and has a great personality!Troy, the glass doctor, is personable, professional and humble. I will be recommending Glass America to anyone I know that needs this kind of service.I had booked an appointment with the big windshield company that starts with S on a Monday. Four days later, on Friday, they call and say they will need to cancel my appointment due to sourcing the glass issues. So I did some digging and found Glass America. I was set up with an appointment for the next day, and the cost was 20% less than the corporate suits, which Glass America is not. Thanks again Glass America - Baltimore team!”

“I am so satisfied with Gerber. My 2022 hyundai Santa fea someone backed in to it. When I spoke with the insurance they asked if I had a repair place in mind I said no but I wanted someone who would know how to work on my car considering shes new. I choose this place because they know how to work on hyundais. From me getting my car looked at on a tuesday scheduled for the following Tuesday to have it repaired. Dropped it off they called enterprise to come and pick me up (already had arrangements with them). They sent me texts letting me know the status of my car. The date to have it done by was the 3rd (today) they called yesterday letting me know it was ready a day snooer, the 2nd The car was there from a tuesday and done on thursday. The car looks brand new like nothing was even wrong. If I ever need a repair place I will mostly definitely use Gerber again.Services: Painting”

“I can not speak to the other locations but this place puts the customer in customer service. I had a complicated windshield replacement, insurance-wise, and they went above and beyond handling EVERYTHING for me. They were so easy to work with and I felt heard and cared about as a human (unlike working with Safelite). They have an all hours key/car drop off and my car was ready by mid day the next day. I send everyone I know here now! (Plus, it's right next to a Goodwill, which is fun to poke around if you are waiting for a ride.) 10/10 for these folks!”
