I will be recommending Glass America to anyone I know that needs this kind of service.I had booked an appointment with the big windshield company that starts with S on a Monday. Four days later, on Friday, they call and say they will need to cancel my appointment due to sourcing the glass issues. So I did some digging and found Glass America. “I had one of thee BEST experiences with my vehicle here! So a few months ago my number 8 cylinder went up in my 92 Ford Bronco. A buddy of mine who's a Hartford Co. Sheriff told me about this place, so I decided to give them a shot. I'm particular about who I let touch my vehicle, after some awful experiences in my younger days! But anyways, back to the Bronco....I took it to the shop and only informed them that something was wrong with the engine, and sure enough they came back and told me the exact same thing the Ford dealership told me and what I verified myself before even taking it there....that the number 8 cylinder was blown.The owner took the time to sit with me and figure out what the best option would be, I didn't feel like they were just trying to sell me on something. We came to the conclusion that a new engine from Jasper was the best bang for the buck considering how much I've already put into the truck repairing/replacing/upgrading everything else. The Owner/Manager Brian and Shelly (at the front desk) kept me updated on the status of the engine during the entire process. Once the motor came in they had the old one out and the new one installed in no time! What I truly appreciate more than anything is the extra mile they went! What I mean by that is for example....my radiator fan shroud was cracked, instead of trying to sell me on a new one, they took the time to secure it together so that it holds me over until I can get a new one. Or how they told me about how I'll need to replace some suspension parts when I get the chance, even though they weren't working on the suspension. They even adjusted my stabilizer shocks that I didn't quite have on correctly. Its the small attention to stuff that they didn't have to do, that really sealed the deal for me! They earned a customer for life, and I highly recommend them! Thanks again Joppa!Anthony”

“Called yesterday and talked to Chad, asking if they are able to fix my windshield on 02 Isuzu Trooper that safelite refused to replace , due to age (even though they replaced it 4 years ago) and Not even 24 hours after i dropped off i have the vehicle back with windshield replaced. 5 star facility, friendly and polite staff. “I am so satisfied with Gerber. My 2022 hyundai Santa fea someone backed in to it. When I spoke with the insurance they asked if I had a repair place in mind I said no but I wanted someone who would know how to work on my car considering shes new. I choose this place because they know how to work on hyundais. From me getting my car looked at on a tuesday scheduled for the following Tuesday to have it repaired. Dropped it off they called enterprise to come and pick me up (already had arrangements with them). They sent me texts letting me know the status of my car. The date to have it done by was the 3rd (today) they called yesterday letting me know it was ready a day snooer, the 2nd The car was there from a tuesday and done on thursday. The car looks brand new like nothing was even wrong. If I ever need a repair place I will mostly definitely use Gerber again.Services: Painting”
