“Found my front passenger window smashed at 8:30am, and by 1:30pm, I had a new window in, thanks to Best Price Auto Glass. When I called my insurance, they gave me a quote from Safelite, which was $264 + $25 for mobile service, except they couldn't get me in that day, and I'd have to drive out to Rosedale (from Federal Hill or Bolton Hill, Baltimore) if I wanted it done that day. A quote from a mechanic was $330 + for the window alone, installation. Then I called Best Price Auto Glass, and was told they could do it for $169, with free mobile service, and it could be done that day. A technician arrived within a couple hours, was polite and professional, and finished within thirty minutes. I also appreciate that he made sure I had a look at his work and was satisfied before I paid, seeing as I screaming baby on my hip, and dog going berserk at the moment, I may have been distracted to actually forget to check.Hopefully my car won't be broken into again, but this is Baltimore, and if it happens again, I know I'll be calling Best Price Auto Glass, as well as, recommending them to friends and family.”

“Joel is the only guy in md i use to tint all of my vehicles. Good & fair ppl & to be honest on the lower end when it comes to prices. Personally never had an issue worth coming back for but i know they honor their work & products . Its a little drive for me but its worth not gambling on if ur gna have bubbles or if its gna fade & turn purple. Ill add a cpl pics of my two current vehicles. When i get home today for reference. But yeah ill go back & i recommend them based on my experience's.”

Instead of seeing that I was a woman and immediately start racking up the cost, they offered me a more cost effective way to fix it instead of replacing it. This means so much to me that I drove from Timonium to Dundalk. I am so tired of going to places and they assume just because I am a woman that they can charge me more. The office staff and estimators/adjusters are very knowledgeable and have no problem taking the time to explain any questions or concerns. “This is my second time going to this specific location. The first time they fixed my lifted 2020 Doge Ram 1500 with a super quick turn around time back in 2021. This time they fixed my driver door frame on my 2011 Acura TL within 2days. The staff there is SUPER friendly & helpful. This location is AWESOME”

“I can not speak to the other locations but this place puts the customer in customer service. I had a complicated windshield replacement, insurance-wise, and they went above and beyond handling EVERYTHING for me. They were so easy to work with and I felt heard and cared about as a human (unlike working with Safelite). They have an all hours key/car drop off and my car was ready by mid day the next day. I send everyone I know here now! (Plus, it's right next to a Goodwill, which is fun to poke around if you are waiting for a ride.) 10/10 for these folks!”
“Russ the manager at this location is excellent with follow up and doing exactly what he said he’d do after my replacement went a bit sideways. Errors happen. That is absolutely fine. The follow up and doing the right this is essentially what matters most. Rely in this location for expert care for your windshield replacement with the assurance that if it’s not done right… all will be ok !”
