“This is a really nice Home Depot. It's much bigger than the one to the south, which is where I usually go. Excellent selection of lumber and power tools. The store is on the larger side too which makes the displays a little bit more roomy. Lines were fine. I got what I wanted and was in and out in only a few minutes.”

“In addition to affordability, knowledge and customer care… If you ever get a rock stuck in your vacuum hose just stop, fishing it out with a screw driver will not work, the screw driver will get stuck…. Using a swifter pole on the other end to try and push them both out won’t work either. Walking into the store like a scorned child hiding your atrocity, being asked why I have a swifter sticking out of my hose and exclaiming there is a screw driver and a rock in there too while displaying my handy work with a smile…priceless. P.S. prior to this adventure they have fixed previous vacuum cleaners of mine, sold me my current one at a great price and they do cleanings too that will have your floor feaster sucking like day one.”

I selected the units via text, paid for the appliances, and they were delivered and installed.I've purchased used appliances before from different vendors with poor results so am very happy with how this turned out.”

“Nice store, kind of a pain in the behind to get into during traffic due to the location at the entrance of 295. Clean and well stocked/labeled. I'm not sure if it was just today, but everyone seemed miserable being there, no smiles, no hello, very unfriendly and abrupt. Did not feel welcomed. I'll shop here again, give them another chance.”
“I went to the White Marsh store (Pulaski Hwy and Campbell). The staff could not have been more helpful. John in Plumbing and Tom (from Garden, I think) were especially helpful. I needed something cut to fit in my car. Some stores would have turned me away. Tom helped me find what I needed, and John assisted me the rest of the way with my purchase. Top notch and friendly customer service are so rare these days. I found both at the White Marsh Home Depot. Thanks, guys!”

“This location is always busy which is sometimes a good thing and a bad thing. Here's the reason it's a good thing because this location is adequately staffed but the supplies get low quicker than any other location in that proximity.”

“I have purchased 3 refrigerators 2 stoves 2 washing machine dryer sets and 4 mattresses from AAA Appliance. I have also had this company do repairs on items I did not purchase from them. I have no complaints. Sure there were times that one of the items malfunctioned but I also realize that I am not buying brand new appliances so its to be expected. What I did appreciate is the prompt service that was given to immediate (at no additional cost) fix the issue. Which in my case was a minor problem with the oven of one of my stove. I will continue to use this company as I have for over 6 years.”

“So I just left Home Depot and we had, hands down, the best customer experience I have ever had! I had to stop and take the time out to recognize Dre (spelling?). We were walking around trying to find weather proofing for my son. He was so upbeat, positive, and greeted us with a smile and asked how he can help us! He was super knowledgeable and helpful knew exactly what would help us with our weatherproofing issue. He did it with a smile and you could tell he enjoyed his job of being helpful and cared. This is SO RARE today and he should be recognized for his outstanding, seamless, and amazing customer service. He provided one stop customer service at a very busy time of the year and on a very busy Saturday. He took the time and didn't rush. Again, all the while with his positive upbeat, energy, and smile and willingness to actually really help!!! After we had all of the things we needed to solve our issue, he said is there anything else I can help you with, now who does that nowadays! It was so refreshing!!! He should be modeled throughout the store. I have management experience and I would promote him and do what it takes to retain him as a star employee! Also, while he was helping us other customers stopped and thanked him again for another time that he helped them!! Obviously another amazing customer experience by Dre. THANK YOU Dre, keep being amazing and thanks so much for your help!”

“This Best Buy is awesome! I was just here today and my experience started out not so great. I waited in line for about 30 minutes and no one was coming over to help. But once someone did come over it was awesome. I don’t know his name but he was exceptional, he apologized for the wait and was very polite and had a great attitude. He thanked me for giving them business and overall was just awesome. Then the gentleman at the door was also very polite. This will be my go to Best Buy from now on.”
