“We can't say enough about Casual Living & Rattan Furnishings. Company owner Blaine Dunn simply couldn't have been more helpful. She was extremely knowledgeable about the various manufactures we were interested in and checked directly with them to get an accurate read on product availability/timing. Unlike other retailers that promise items are in stocks and will ship in a few days but then advise there was an "inventory error" and delivery is months away, Blaine gave us honest time frames for likely delivery. So we were pleasantly surprised when our furniture arrived months earlier than expected. It's refreshing to deal with people who under promise and over deliver. Rare these days. We were able to pick our own fabric for two upholstered pieces and were planning to buy the fabric locally. Blaine volunteered to research the fabric, contacted the manufacturer, saved us a significant amount on the yardage needed and had the fabric shipped directly to the furniture manufacturer. Bottom line, this was - start to finish - one of the smoothest and most enjoyable buying experiences we've ever had. We highly recommend this company!”
