Very frustrated on ordering Little Big Meal Deals. I order within the time frame and then when I go to my cart it’s empty. I use app and it’s useless.I want to order the next deal starting 1/10 but won’t let me order it yet. And I know when I try on the 1/10 it will say not available. Can you let me know what I am doing wrong as my mom and I would enjoy they portions

I back Nick Lupins experience below. The staff is shockingly incompetent and not only rude but borderline anti social. A business rises and falls (this one certainly will devolve) with the way they treat their customers. I also back the boycott suggested below. Never again.

They told me they would give me a turkey breast with a neck. When I went to pick it up, they would only give me the breast. I was going to make turkey gravy with the neck! Now, I can not! They shouldn't make promises they can't keep. A true gourmet shop would have kept their promise. They don't care.

For Thanksgiving, this store promised me a turkey breast and neck. Upon pickup, they said no neck. I have no way of making turkey gravy without the neck and I don't do jarred sauce. They promise things they don't deliver. Extremely disappointed...a real gourmet shop would have accommodated me.

Every time we get meat from here, it goes bad within a day or two. Every. Single. Time. We tried from their butcher - goes bad the next day. We tried chicken breast from another brand that is sealed tightly - went bad the day after purchasing it. Either they have poor safety handling procedures or they spray their food with a nasty smell. I don’t recommend shopping here. Trader Joe’s is own the street and cheaper with better quality food.

You are sending me emails about ordering food from Fresh Market via Uber Eats, but the location is in North Carolina!! Well, I don't think they will deliver to Washington DC!!!! Why can't I order from the store closest to me (the location is Rockville MD is closest to my work).

Terribly frustrating. TFM has been sending emails for the past several weeks encouraging one to but seasonal products - pumpkin, maple, etc. - from popcorn to coffee. I have tried to purchase several of these products for curbside pickup, and not once have these products been available - in Rockville MD or in SAratoga Springs NY. I just got another such email; am fighting the urge to try again…

I got a FREE coupon for a slice of Birthday card, so I went to the store to get it. There was no other customer except me. I asked for the cake. It took the Staff person 5 minutes to figure out how to get me the slice of cake! It took 4 people to help her out! That's much too slow,,,and way too complicated! Poor service!

Solid array of good quality items without being super expansive so you should be able to find what you're looking for without searching too long.

Nifty place. But expensive place. Some good sales on items on particular days of the week.

This establishment is ran by unprofessional management. Many employees walking around without name tags. Complaints from customers left and right almost everyday. I think this is due to the lack of dedication management has towards the store. I have went to numerous departments where i have asked employees for their help in a special request and their response to me was "I haven't been trained properly to do so and so" what type of establishment places workers in a place where they have 0 training or background in that is completely store managements fault. Managers Sandi,Pa,and Maliaka are very unprofessional when it comes to helping out their employees or customers when in need. Manager Maliaka tends to yell at customer and employees when they ask for the slightest help. These are the same people that will put off work and make the front end coordinator Kiara deal with everything while they avoid all sorts of stress. IF YOU ARE A STORE MANAGER DO YOUR BEST TO HELP EVERYONE SUCCEED AND DONT SHORTCOME ANYONE. The only managers that seem to have had a sense of good customer service in the fresh market are kiara and rodrigo, they were very polite and helped me to the best of their ability. Other than that the fresh market is ran by a bunch of clowns.

Nice and clean store with friendly staff. Good fruit and vegetables selection, with good quality, including organics products, but with higher prices (in general) than some other grocery stores around. They offer some store prepared meals that have good prices and quality. Very nice in store bakery with delicious cupcakes, cookies, cakes (among the best options around compared to other grocery stores) and pies, for a very good value. Nice cheese selection too.

I hardly ever write reviews unless I feel it's completely warranted. Thought I'd write this review based on my experience today. This store is okay if you just need 1 or 2 things, I guess. I live nearby and sometimes go there for harder to find items. It's a clean store with some interesting stuff and has classical music, so that's cool, though a little off-putting in a "can you afford to be here?" kind of way. That's where anything sort of good ends. The selection is small and the prices are laughably high. It's priced like a high end store you'd find in a place like Beverly Hills but it's just in some dumpy shopping center off Rockville Pike here in Maryland. The staff seem irritable, very ghetto and are 0 help. Every time you ask anyone for anything they respond with "huh?" and then act like youre bothering them. Of course nobody knows where anything is. Im guessing the store doesnt pay well, so all the staff just dont care about their jobs. It took me 20 minutes to find someone to help me find gluten-free bread only for some guy with a ponytail to condescendingly ask if I checked the bread aisle and then told me to go look for some freezer in the back. I said I'd spent enough time looking and I'm in a rush, please show me where it is. He practically ran to the back, opened the (small and unmarked) freezer and shoved a small bag of bread at me, saying "here." This is after being bounced around by other people at various counters. Unbelievable. I've seen better customer service at the DMV. This snobby little store will ultimately be run out of business by Wegmans which will be across the Pike soon, and I can't wait to see it gone. Do yourself a favor and go to Whole Foods instead!

We often shop here with up and down results ,but I believe in trying places again despite a previous less than satisfactory experience.A few days ago I decided to try some in store created stuffed pork chops in the hopes they would be great . I had planned to order a couple dozen for a dinner I was planning the next day.Despite expressing the fact I was in a rush, a second employee ,a woman at the counter, said I would need to wait. I do not not know why she was there. A third woman was behind the counter as well, just standing. After the man finished with the customer ahead of me, I was waiving my hand for help. He explained I needed to wait as he wanted to help the third woman- a friend, an employee (?).After what seemed an eternity as they discussed soup bones, he wrapped them up and she put them in her bag. Then he came to me. I had few questions that were ignored and after three attempts he just told me to read the label. He never did answer any other questions about any other prepared food items. He frowned during the entire interaction and basically was rude although I , unhappily, but patiently ,waited. Then the food: Not only were the instructions on label for cooking inaccurate, but then upon tasting it either the stuffing or pork had gone off, tasted a bit of glue and butcher offal. Perhaps it was rancid.Despite some positive experiences with the produce, flower, bakery and grocery departments, I also must mention some of the nice new gentlemen working as cashiers. I think I have learned my lesson with the meat area- and definitely the seafood section too. Also the free birthday cake on one's birthday turned out to be a fraud- even showing my driver's license and phone number , she took it out of my bag - after bagging the box (!) and said I should not get it!
